Unipleat air Filter G4

With the increased demands of advancing technology, the unipleat Air Filter provides a high level of efficiency at a low replacement cost.

The core is produced by pleating a highly efficient synthetic filter media which is non-hygroscopic and flame retardant to a supporting wire mesh. In addition to the 25mm and 50mm panels, we offer 100mm Unipleat as a standard product for a high velocity applications.
The Uniglass ‘S’ Air Filter

Manufactured as an alternative to the standard Uniglass Air Filter when the possibility of even a single fibre being detached from the core is unacceptable, the Uniglass ‘S’ has a hand selected pad of two stage monofilament glass fibre securely fixed into the frame, with the addition of synthetic mesh bonded to the internal clean air face.
The SM Air Filter

The SM Air Filter cell has been designed for use with Air Handling plant, either on its own or as a prefilter for more sophisticated filtration systems.

The panel provides the economic answer for the specifier when initial and replacement costs are or prime importance. Produced with a core of resilient synthetic filter media securely retained within the frame, The SM Air Filter is recommended wherever the use of glass fibre in unacceptable.
Unipleat FR

The Unipleat FR filter panel is particularly appropriate where the fire/ flame retardant product is sought.

The product range comprises of two specifications, in both cases a pleated element is bonded into a rigid galvanished steel body. With the F1 product the media is manufactured from micro-glass fibre laminated onto a woven glass cloth with the media supported by coated metal mesh which is hen pleated to form the element. The F2 utilises a poly-cotton fibre media once again supported by pleated expanded metal mesh to form the element.
The Unipleat HEF

The Unipleat HEF panel range has been designed to provide a high level of filtration where the depth allowance within the air-handling unit is confined.
The product is constructed with a core of high quality synthetic water resistant expanded wire gird. The laminate is aerodynamically pleated to ensure optimum use of the filtration area. The pleated element is then bonded into a water repellent card case to produce a rigid assembly that is suitable for the most testing applications.
Standard duty grease filters G1

Designed for general purpose kitchen extract use, the Standard Grease filter is suitable for removing airborne fats and grease from the atmosphere.

The cell is produced using the fully enclosed frame method of conduction, with a galvanised crimped knitted mesh core and galvanised weld mesh faces encapsulated in an aluminium channel frame.
Heavy Duty Grease Filters G2

The Heavy Duty Grease filter has been designed for use in highly grease-laden conditions where cleanliness of the exhaust air is of prime importance.

Construction is by the ‘fully enclosed frame’ method, with a core manufactured from crimped knitted ribbon packed in such a way as to ensure the maximum grease impingement area.
Disposable Core Grease Filters G3/4

Utilised where prolonged exposure to high relative humidity or corrosive conditions are anticipated. Knitted polypropylene is formed into an air filtration medium by winding the material onto a suitable core.

The resultant product is extremely robust and durable, inert, flameproof and non-fragmenting.
Uniflow Pocket Filter ST35

Uniflow Pocket Filter is used for medium efficiency filtration in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, as pre-filters for high efficiency pocket and absolute filters.

The ST35 is designed to ensure long life between maintenance intervals and achieve a high level of clean air in offices, shopping centres, factories etc. Its synthetic media is particularly suitable for food production areas where glass fibre is unacceptable.

LB WB KB (H13)

The standard panels are manufactured throughout in galvanised mild steel and provided with rigid internal braces. The durable call will easily accept the forces necessary to ensure a suitable carbon fill without bellying or distortion.

Unimat Syn Media

Typical applications include Pre-filtration for carbon or HEPA filters, general HVAC use, high velocity applications etc.

The product is constructed with a core of poly-cotton fibre laminated to a pleated onto a water resistant expanded wire grid. The final assembly is fitted with an airflow direction indicator and packed in purpose made cardboard cartons.
Uniglass Paint arrestor

Uniglass Paint arrestor is ideal for use in the removal of paint, varnish or adhesives from extract air in spray-booths and spray-banks.

The media is manufactured form continuous mono-filament glass fibre bonded with a thermosetting resin. The pattern of the fibres is designed to give the lowest resistance to air whilst offering the highest dust holding capacity. The media is highly resilient and once unrolled, immediately recovers in full thickness.
